| The Agritourism Fitness Center Frescina is situated in the urban district of Cagli, in the Marche, far from the great flow of tourism, in the heart of the Duchy of Urbino, a few kilometres away from Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. It is here, in a familiar environment, surronded by nature, that it is possible to find an important moment to dedicate only to oneself. It is here that you can regenerate your mind and your body with specific natural methods and learn a new style of life, without disregarding the pleasures of a refined cooking, typical of our Appennino Umbro-Marchigiano.
   
   
Our centre has been created by restructuring a farm of the end of the 19th century. The country house together with 2 external structures offers 21 double-bedrooms, it is also possible to have additional beds so as to have 60 beds altogether. Toilets, TV colour are in each bedroom.
The cooking offers dishes of the table of the Marche with a careful choice of the products used: the bovine and ovine meats of our agritourism are bred on the slopes of Mount Nerone, the local seasonal products appreciated on the tables all over Italy (i.e. mushrooms and truffles) hand-made pasta, cheese of local production, the typical wines (Bianchello, S.Giovese, Vernaculum).
