Country House La Pecora Ladra

La pecora ladra is a holiday farm situated in the southern Maremma region, on a hill close to the sea, with views of Argentario promontory and Giannutri island. The farm holding extends over twenty hectares, a sea of green formed by age-old olive trees.
The holiday accommodation structure consists of twelve family-suite apartments, each with garden and private terrace. All are elegantly furnished and endowed with all modern comforts.
There is also a beautiful swimming pool with a whirlpool bath, which is bio-heated in the cooler months. There is also a wellbeing centre, a cafeteria and a restaurant serving traditional fare based on the local Maremma cuisine.
There are countless things for you to do on your holiday here: horse-riding, assisted by real cowboys, spa treatment in the nearby spa resorts, guided tours of the archaeological sites of Vulci, Tarquinia and Cerveteri, trips to typical medieval towns and to nearby cities of art, such as Rome and Viterbo.
APARTMENTS
Family suite
Guests staying at the pecora ladra will be able to enjoy comfortable apartments that are elegantly furnished and bio-air-conditioned, and each has its own terrace.
Twelve 'family suite' apartments are available, with double or twin beds (45 sq.m) and the possibility of an extra double bed.
All apartments have two bathrooms, a master bathroom with shower or tub, washbasin, WC and bidet, and a second bathroom with washbasin and WC.
Apartments also have a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, floor heating, satellite colour TV, direct line telephone, strongbox and hairdryer.

We hope you will understand that we are unable to accept pets.
Restaurant
The type of meals and refreshments available to our guests is listed below;
Brunch at swimming pool edge with typical plates of Maremma, from 12,00 to 02.00pm.
Dinner in common table at the Club House on reservation, with specialty of the house, from 07,30pm to 09.30pm. (max 10 people).
Season meeting
Time olives
The olive harvest will begin in October. We offer our guests the opportunity to hand- pick olives in the morning from 9 to 3 p.m.
After harvesting the olives you are invited to the oil-mill to participate in pressing the olive into oil.
Our guests are allowed to keep 50% of the oil produced from their collected olives. A light brunch outdoors will be included as well as a "bruschette" tasting at the oil-mill.
Minimum stay 3 nights (4 days) Euro 540.00 per room in double occupancy.
