Villa La Grotta, named after the mountain stream "Grotta", is located among the slopes of the Pratomagno Mountain only 15 Km from Arezzo, 40 Km Florence and 45 Km from Siena. The Villa, which has 750 sq. meters of living area, is part of a splendid borgo, or village, built in the late 1700's. It has been transformed and restored in an elegant manner that reflects Tuscan tradition and offers modern comfort. The Villa, including an adjacent restored farmhouse, contains apartments and rooms that are warm, inviting and bear the names of famous Tuscan artists. Guests may enter the villa to unload luggage through a gate and parking is located at the private parking place next to the villa (the gate to the parking place is opened / closed with a remote control).
