Provenendo da Roma uscita Braccagni Direzione Ribolla-Montemassi, dopo circa 11 Km per Roccastrada.
Provenendo da Firenze-Siena direzione Grosseto uscita Civitella Marittima direzione Roccastrada, Ribolla, strada provinciale Il Terzo, dopo uscita 18 Km circa.
How to get here:
From Livorno, take the Grosseto-Rome road and leave at the Gavorrano Scalo km 214 exit. Follow the directions for Ribolla-Roccastrada from the beginning of the Il Terzo provincial highway for about three km.
From Rome, take the Braccagni exit for Ribolla-Montemassi, turning off after about eleven km for Roccastrada.
From the Florence-Siena highway for Grosseto, take the Civitella Marittima exit for Roccastrada and Ribolla, on the Il Terzo provincial highway, about eighteen km from the exit.

Apertura dal 01 Marzo al 04 Novembre, Natale e Capodanno. Il soggiorno deve essere di minimo 3 notti in bassa stagione e 7 notti in Luglio, Agosto e Pasqua. I Prezzi includono tasse, prima colazione, servizi, consumi, biancheria, pulizia giornaliera; il telefono viene considerato un extra. Gli arrivi sono previsti dalle ore 14.00 alle ore 18.00, mentra la partenza dovrà essere entro le ore 11.00. Per confermare va versato il 30% del totale, il cliente in seguito riceverà un voucher (e-mail di conferma o fax di conferma) che dovrà mostrare all'arrivo. Il saldo va pagato in azienda. Se il cliente non può arrivare e lo comunica da 60 a 0 giorni dall'arrivo gli verrà trattenuto il 30% dell'intero conto.

The farm is open from 01 March to 04 November, Christmas and New Year's Day. Stays must be for a minimum of three nights in low season and seven nights in July, August and at Easter. Prices include taxes, breakfast, services, utilities, sheets, towels and daily cleaning; use of telephone will be charged as an extra. Arrivals are permitted from 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Departures should be made before 11.00 am. Bookings will be confirmed on payment of 30% of the total fee. Guests will then receive a voucher in the form of an e-mail or fax message of confirmation, which should be shown on arrival. The remaining balance is payable on-site. If the booking cannot be honoured and cancellation is notified less than sixty days before the beginning of the holiday, the 30% booking fee will not be refunded.
